The issue of user names and passwords to access the secure areas of this site is at the sole discretion of SAA Consultants Ltd. SAA Consultants may decline to issue these, if it is thought that the user’s conduct will not be in the interest of SAA. SAA’s decision will be final. User names and passwords are valid for a maximum duration of six months and may be renewed at SAA’s discretion.

Individual Registration
Each registration is for a single user only. To access the secure areas of the site you will be asked to enter your individual user name and password. We do not permit access to be used in any manner which is seen as harmful or unacceptable to SAA Consultants. If we reasonably believe that a user name and password are being used in this way, we reserve the right to cancel access rights immediately without notice.

Changes to Terms
SAA reserves the right to add or change the terms of registration and access. Any changes will be posted to this page.

A number of Third Party Products are used in the development of SAA's product range. The source material is copyright of the original publishers. Previous versions and changes to version numbers will be presumed to be incorporated into the licence agreement as published, unless otherwise notified.

In so far as SAA is aware, we are compliant with all Terms and Conditions as laid out in the associated Third Party Software Notices and/or additional Terms and Conditions. An audit is conducted on an annual basis to verify SAA's continued compliance and amendments are made as a result of this audit, as applicable.
